Vision and Mission Statements
Mission: To be used by the Holy Spirit to help others find their joy and purpose.
Vision: We are all God's children. It is God's purpose that we are to have joy, Peace, and love. Many feel they are lacking these gifts in their lives. The vision of this ministry is to facilitate the individual search for love, peace, joy, and purpose. This can be achieved by looking inside of yourself to find your unique qualities, strengths, and ideas that will be the path forward to your special joy.
Coaching vs. Counseling
Coaching
Coaching is a partnership between two people where the end result is that the client's visions and goals are made reality through an action plan and accountability. Coaching is growing and improving now and in the future. In coaching, the past is only briefly a part of the equation.
Counseling
Counseling is similar to coaching since they both want to improve the future of the client The difference is how they go about it. Counseling is healing from past issues. In counseling, the past is integral to the treatment process.
About Me
Now a bit about myself. I have been married for 50+ years. I am a mom of 9, Mamaw to 12, and Great-Mamaw to 6 as of 2020. I am a blogger, a cancer survivor, and live on a farm in Eastern Washington raising goats, sheep, and a myriad of other animals (my family compares the farm to Noah's Ark). I love learning and am continuing my education. My hobbies are my family, helping others, reading, and my animals. I was once very reclusive. As I have learned to lean on the Lord, I have overcome my fears. I would like to be able to help you overcome your obstacles in life so you find the peace, love, and joy God has waiting for you.
